Day to Day Duties
You will be driving/operating a VNA Truck but while off the Truck, you will be required to do other warehous duties including:
- Accepting deliveries
- Unloading vehicles
- Booking goods into the WMS
- Checking the quality of goods and escalating issues to the Warehouse Supervisor
- Operating fork lift trucks/VNA/PPT as well as using manual equipment such as pump trucks and trollies.
- Ensuring Moonpig Group H&S policies are adhered to.
- Pre operational checks
- Replenishment
- Warehouse Hygiene duties
- Inventory cycle counts
- Supporting other areas within the operation if needed (production/Warehouse)
Essential Skills
- Valid VNA Accredited Licence
- Good spatial awareness
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to operate and control equipment
- Understanding of health and safety.
- Be able to carry out instructions
Desirable Experience
- We will consider applicants who have an out of date VNA Licence or Reach Truck Licence
- Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems preferable
