Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Fabricator Welder to join our dynamic team. As a Fabricator Welder, you will be responsible for the fabrication and welding of metal components for various projects. You will work with a variety of metals, ensuring that all welding and fabrication tasks are carried out to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret technical engineering drawings, and schematics.
  • Measure, cut, and shape metal components to required specifications.
  • Perform welding tasks using MIG welding techniques.
  • Assemble and fit components, ensuring proper alignment and securing.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure work meets the specified standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Operate various tools and machinery including grinders, cutting machines, and welding machines.
  • Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed in the workshop.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Fabricator Welder.
  • Proficient in MIG welding techniques.
  • Solid understanding of metal fabrication and welding processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret, schematics, and technical engineering drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in welding.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • [Preferred] Coded Welder to BS EN ISO 9606-1:2007
