Profile – HR Assistant

Our client is a leading figurehead in the UK food sector, with an unparalleled pedigree dating back to the early 18th century. They are currently seeking a HR Assistant to join the Human Resources team.

Job Role – HR Assistant

Reporting to the HR Manager the HR Assistant shall be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records and administration in relation to all elements of the employee lifecycle. Working with the site HR Business Partner and wider HR Team on the site People Plan.
Duties – HR Assistant

• Processing new starters, producing contracts and paperwork, adding employees onto the HR system (MyHR)
• Processing leavers, conducting exit interviews and populating leaver tracker with data
• Producing weekly KPI Dashboard reporting
• Support hiring managers with the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new starters in the business
• Drive improvements in the onboarding and exiting process for colleagues
• Respond to general queries from the HR inbox
• Own the absence management process, working with managers to highlight absence issues

Experience/Qualifications – HR Assistant

• Previous HR Administration experience from a busy environment
• Familiar with HR systems

Candidates who are currently a HR Administrator, HR Officer, Human Resource Assistant, HR Advisor, Personnel Administrator and Administrator could be suitable for this position.
