Business Development Manager – B2B Events - Lightwater/Hybrid – Up to £45,000 + Uncapped Commission (£12k OTE 1st YR)

Hours: Monday–Thursday 9am–5pm, Friday 9am–3pm.
We’re partnering with a dynamic B2B events business in Lightwater that has a rare opportunity for an ambitious Business Development Manager/Sales Manager to join their fantastic team.
This is a playing manager role, meaning you’ll inherit well-established client relationships while building new ones. You’ll also motivate, support, and lead a team of driven Business Development Executives.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new sales leads while maximizing client accounts.
- Manage and support a talented team of Business Development Executives.
- Pitch an impressive portfolio of events and digital platforms.
- Build relationships with CEOs and C-suite executives across industries.
- Travel to global events, meet clients face-to-face, and provide top-tier account management.
Who we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in B2B outbound business development sales.
- Previous team leadership/management experience.
