The business is going through significant growth and requires an exceptional European Sales Director to drive and execute strategic sales and marketing activity worldwide ensuring the company are at the peak of there capability

Responsibilities:

  • Based in the UK the role will Drive the companys sales and marketing the uK to meet growth and plan objectives for the UK and other designated countries.
  • Develop strategic market plans that generate new accounts and drive incremental sales at existing accounts and projects.
  • The position with Consultants, Contractors, OEMS and Distribution providing specifications on all projects.
  • Assist with project management and provide appropriate information to meet the needs of every stage of the design process
  • Located anywhere in the uK Manage you will be managing the UK external specification and regional sales teams
  • Actively manage and develop new markets and products
  • Key member of the management team with responsibility for budgets

Experience:

  • Degree educated in an industry qualification (e.g. Electrical / Electronic Engineering) ideally with a business qualification.
  • Over 10 years of senior sales management experience ideally with account management, project management and sales generation in a similar sector
  • Familiarity with specification and project management processes
  • Proven success working with Consultants and Contractors. With a proven ability to open new accounts and drive specifications with influencers and decision-makers.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to build new relationships and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Aptitude to learn the companys channels, influencers, go-to-market strategies, products and total energy solutions.
  • Market credibility, customer-focused, passionate, dynamic and Market savvy.
