Event Sales Executive – Lightwater - up to £25,000 basic + Uncapped Commission

An established events company is looking for a vibrant, sales professional to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to support their client growth in both established and new markets.

This is an outbound telephone sales role, where you will be required to prospect, convert and nurture relationships with an international client base. To be successful you be ambitious, money-hungry and target-driven with a consultative sales approach.

We’re looking for candidates with experience in a target-driven sales environment, such as call centres, door-to-door sales, estate agencies, or roles where hitting KPIs is key. We’d also love to hear from those in retail or hospitality who have experience with upselling and want to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and qualifying new sales leads
  • Pitching a portfolio of events and digital platform
  • Build and grow a client portfolio using an established database and commercial information
  • Nurturing and maintaining relationships with existing customers
  • Networking in the industry, sector, and specialism to become an expert in your market.

To be considered for these roles you will need the following:

  • Passion to work in sales
  • Self-motivated and eager to earn money.
  • History of hitting or exceeding targets, both personal and career driven
  • Computer literate.
  • Comfortable speaking to high-end decision makers on the phone and face to face
  • Articulate, charismatic and presentable
