Job Purpose
  • Support a varied client portfolio, working closely with the senior management team to ensure expectations and deadlines are met
  • Provide complex corporate compliance and tax advisory services for corporate tax assignments
  • Undertake due diligence reviews and present findings clearly to Managers and Partners
  • Oversee corporate tax compliance, including reviewing tax returns for HMRC submission
  • Oversee client workflow and internal management of resources
  • Supervise junior staff, including reviewing work and supporting their professional development
  • Liaising with clients, building trusted relationships and proactively handling queries
  • Identifying new processes and ways to increase efficiency
  • Researching and interpreting changes to taxation and accounting regulations
  • Championing your own professional development, enthusiastically undertaking training opportunities
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects to support Partners where required

Job Requirements
  • ACCA/ACA qualified with at least 2 years’ experience working within corporate tax
  • A part-qualified candidate with strong experience would also be considered
  • Proven track record of working closely with other technical professionals
  • Strong working knowledge of software, such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage
  • Up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation
  • A team player who can also work autonomously
  • A can-do attitude to problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail
  • Self-motivated and able to manage your own deadlines and workflow
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
