Robert Half is looking for a Qualified Accountant to join a high-growth Lincolnshire business. The role would ideally suit ambitious accountants who have recently qualified in practice.
The Role:
As a Financial Accountant, you'll play a pivotal role in the finance function, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. This position offers a mix of financial reporting, business partnering, and project work, giving you the opportunity to add real value to the organisation. You will report into the Financial Controller, and form part of a small, but highly successful team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and management accounts.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and process improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to provide financial insights and analysis.
About You:
- Fully qualified OR Near Qualifying (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS/UK GAAP).
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive mindset with a drive for process improvement and efficiency.
