What you’ll be doing:

Leading the financial accounting, statutory reporting, and internal controls function
Managing and developing a motivated finance team
Ensuring compliance with governance, VAT, and regulatory obligations
Acting as a key finance lead, working closely with the CFO and wider leadership team

What we’re looking for:

A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
A strong background in manufacturing or similar operational environments
Proven experience as a Financial Controller or No.2 in finance
A confident people manager with experience leading teams of 5+
Someone who enjoys being hands-on and fully embedded on-site with the business
