Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain financial controls, processes, and systems in line with regulatory and management requirements.
- Manage accounting operations, including Billing, Debt Collection, Creditor Payments, VAT, Payroll, General Ledger, Cost Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
- Prepare budgets and financial forecasts, reporting any variances.
- Publish monthly financial statements and generate reports to track trends and forecasts.
- Ensure all transactions comply with statutory and financial regulations.
- Improve accounting systems and streamline financial operations.
- Support senior management in financial decision-making and strategy.
- Lead and mentor the finance team.
- Identify expansion opportunities and mitigate financial risks.
- Advise on funding strategies and alternative financing options.
