Your new companyHays Senior Finance are working with a growing SME in South Lincolnshire looking to recruit a Management Accountant.Your new roleReporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the preparation of monthly management accounts, accruals & prepayments, fixed assets, journals, P&L, cashflow management, VAT returns, reporting, stock balances and preparation/processing of monthly payroll and also work with the Financial Controller to review and improve systems and processes.What you'll need to succeedYou will be an experienced Accountant with recent and proven experience producing monthly management accounts in an SME setting as well as undertaking a wide variety of finance tasks such as VAT returns. You will have experience of running an in-house payroll including all HMRC/statutory returns. You will be a "hands on" individual with great communication and IT skills, able to work with stakeholders at all levels.
