Job Title: Temporary Management Accountant
Location: Lincoln

Duration: 3 months (with potential for extension)
Role Overview: This role is critical to assist with the increased workload during a busy period. The successful candidate will be responsible for Management Accounts, Balance Sheet Reviews, and Credit Control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyse management accounts.
- Conduct thorough balance sheet reviews.
- Manage and oversee credit control processes.
- Assist with financial reporting and budgeting.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an accountancy position or credit control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to start at short notice.
