Role Responsibilities- Preparing statutory accounts for a varied portfolio of clients across different sectors
- Reviewing and overseeing the work of junior team members, providing guidance and support
- Delivering management accounts and financial reports with insights and recommendations
- Completing VAT returns and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Assisting clients with tax planning and advisory services
- Supporting clients with cloud-based accounting software and digital transformation projects
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor

Candidate Requirements- ACA or ACCA qualification (or equivalent)
- At least three years of experience in a practice environment
- Strong technical skills in accounts preparation, tax, and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement
- A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Experience in mentoring and supporting junior team members
- £38,000 to £48,000 per annum
