• Preparing statutory accounts for a varied portfolio of clients across different sectors
• Reviewing and overseeing the work of junior team members, providing guidance and support

• ACA or ACCA qualification (or equivalent)
• At least three years of experience in a practice environment
• Strong technical skills in accounts preparation, tax, and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement
• A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Experience in mentoring and supporting junior team members

• £38,000 to £48,000 per annum
