We're working with an independent family run business company that has been thriving and showing year on year growth based in Lincolnshire. Due to strong organic growth, they are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their dynamic finance team.This is an ideal opportunity for an up and coming accountant looking for gradual involvement in month end processes. What You'll Be Doing:As an Accounts Assistant, you’ll work closely with the month end team, contributing to the effective operation of the finance function. Your responsibilities will evolve over time, giving you opportunities to broaden your experience and skills.Here’s a snapshot of your core responsibilities:

Ledger work
Reconciliations - bank, card receipt & stock book
Processing invoices
Assisting with journals, accruals & prepayments

What are we looking for:

1 - 2 years experience working in a simular role
Background in transactional duties - ledger work, invoice processing, reconciliations
Good Excel skills with exposure using Kerridge or Keyloop
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn, develop new skills, and support your colleagues.
A mindset focused on continuous improvement.
