Bank reconciliation

Credit control - chasing debt then escalating to management if required

Supporting with fortnightly and monthly timesheets for payroll

Supporting Financial Controller with ad hoc duties

Resolve customer invoice queries

VAT return preparation

Intercompany invoices and reconciliation of ledgers

Subcontractor weekly invoices

The ideal candidate for the role of Assistant Accountant

Proficiency in Excel is essential

Experience in Xero is desired
