Are you a skilled and experienced School Administrator seeking your next opportunity?
Aspire People are currently recruiting for School Administrators to support local Primary and Secondary Schools. The ideal candidate will have prior school administration experience and proficiency in using SIMS and/or Arbor.
Applicants must be available for temporary positions, with working hours between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. We have both full-time and part-time roles available throughout the school year, with varying contract lengths.
There may be opportunities to transition into permanent roles, though this is not guaranteed.
As a School Administrator, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
*Inputting data into SIMS/Arbor
*Managing phone calls and taking messages
*Typing letters, memos, and other communications
*Handling filing, faxing, and photocopying tasks
*Assisting parents and students
