Military Airworthiness Surveyor

Join my clients Military Airworthiness Team as a Military Airworthiness Review Surveyor, where your expertise will ensure the highest standards of airworthiness and regulatory compliance for military aircraft.

Hybrid working, with min 1 day per week on-site in the East Midlands/Lincolnshire area and occasional travel to other sites.

Your Role:

  • Deliver Military Airworthiness Reviews (Mil AR) for the MOD, independently or collaboratively.
  • Demonstrate regulatory and legislative compliance to satisfy both the Regulator and the customer.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports for diverse audiences.
  • Identify future business opportunities to expand our impact.
  • Uphold ethical principles and align with Company values in every aspect of your work.

Your Expertise:

  • Fully compliant with MRP RA 4972 (MRP Part M Sub Part I).
  • Competence to make engineering airworthiness decisions.
  • Extensive experience in fixed-wing aircraft and airworthiness engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance documentation and MAA Regulatory Publications (MRP).
  • Able to deal effectively with multiple issues whilst working to tight timescales.
  • Proven ability to make sound engineering decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and multitasking skills.
