- In-depth knowledge of aircraft maintenance documentation and toolsets (ESS, Resolve).
- Experience with MAA regulatory requirements (KR640).
- Proven leadership and people management skills within a maintenance environment.
- Practical knowledge of EVM techniques and scheduled servicing activities.
- Strong understanding of airworthiness compliance and quality assurance processes
- Perform and oversee complex aircraft maintenance in line with approved maintenance data and work instructions.
- Deliver aircraft maintenance outputs in accordance with the Statement of Work, ensuring standards, quality, and schedules are achieved.
- Maintain airworthiness through appropriate task delegation and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Supervise and manage personnel, supporting both day and night shift teams.
- Lead and conduct Independent Inspections as directed by maintenance schedules.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting using approved toolsets (e.g., ESS, Resolve, Open Options).
- Provide direct support to the Team Leader and deputise in their absence.
- Lead by example in people management, career development, and enforcing health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, Lean practices, and process optimisation.
- Contribute to engineering management meetings and performance reporting.
