We are working with a renowned food manufacturing company that produces some of the UKs most iconic brands.

For their agriculture business, they are looking for aFieldMaintenance Engineerto join their team carrying out maintenance on their farms across Lincolnshire.

The Field Maintenance Engineer position offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a unique environment away from the factory, providing a varied workload.

What Will You Be Doing?

Youll play a vital role as ensuring all maintenance tasks planned, preventative and emergency are carried out professionally and efficiently across all functions. As a Field Service Maintenance Engineer, youll:

Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance across multiple sites in Lincolnshire

Take pride in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing lines, keeping all equipment in excellent condition

Work with other departments to ensure production schedules are maintained

What Are We Looking For?

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in an engineering discipline, ideally in electrical engineering or electronics

Solid mechanical experience

Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset

Knowledge of heating and ventilation systems (ideal not essential)

Full UK driving license

On-Call Details:

Minimum of 4 hours paid at 1.5x rate, regardless of time worked

Additional on-call weeks beyond 10 per year paid at £122.50 per week

This role offers astrong OTEand regular pay in a long-term, stable working environment.
