Role:

  • An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our international, award-winning client. This role will join the Quality team in Lincoln and support the QSHE Manager.

Duties:

  • Identification of components to be subject to Incoming inspection and associated processes.
  • Support Inspection for both Incoming and Outgoing components
  • Completion of FAIRs for both Incoming and Outgoing Components.
  • Non-Conformance Management and Improvement.
  • Vendor Audits and Improvement Activity (Scorecard, QBR).
  • Monthly Vendor OTD report ownership.
  • Internal Audits.
  • Problem Solving - Identifying and resolving problems promptly.
  • Continuous Improvement activity.
  • Data Analysis relating to Internal process control.
  • Further develop and implement both existing and new Inspection Standards.
  • Guide others as a 'subject matter expert' regarding QMS processes, generally accepted good industry practice and Quality tools (5-Whys, Fault Tree, Fishbone, etc).
  • Create quality system tools and references to support a 'right first-time' quality culture.
  • Reports key performance measures, performance levels and trends for all aspects of the quality management system.
  • Provide relevant and actionable information and data to various levels of management review meetings and strategy discussions.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Quality related work experience in a manufacturing company, or electronics field is beneficial.
  • Conducting Internal Audits.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify the source of problems.
  • ISO 9001
  • Liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
