Duties:

Identification of components to be subject to Incoming inspection and associated processes.

Support Inspection for both Incoming and Outgoing components

Completion of FAIR's

Non-Conformance Managements and Improvement.

Vendor Audits and Improvement Activity

Monthly Vendor OTD report ownership.

Internal Audits.

Problem Solving - Identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner.

Continuous Improvement activity.

Data Analysis relating to Internal process control.

Further develop and implement both existing and new Inspection Standards.

Provide guidance to others regarding QMS processes, generally accepted good industry practice and Quality tools

Create quality system tools and references to support a 'right first time' quality culture.

Reports key performance measures, performance levels and trends for all aspects of the quality management system.

Provide relevant and actionable information and data to various levels of management review meetings and strategy discussions.

Requirements

Degree qualified in mechanical engineering or equivalent

Quality related work experience in manufacturing company

Experience with Electronics would be beneficial

Experienced in Internal Audits.

Strong analytical skills

Good MS Office skills, experience in SAP is beneficial.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Knowledge of ISO 9001.

Great communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
