Role:
- An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our international, award-winning client. This role will join the Quality team in Lincoln and support the QSHE Manager.
Duties:
- Identification of components to be subject to Incoming inspection and associated processes.
- Support Inspection for both Incoming and Outgoing components
- Completion of FAIRs for both Incoming and Outgoing Components.
- Non-Conformance Management and Improvement.
- Vendor Audits and Improvement Activity (Scorecard, QBR).
- Monthly Vendor OTD report ownership.
- Internal Audits.
- Problem Solving - Identifying and resolving problems promptly.
- Continuous Improvement activity.
- Data Analysis relating to Internal process control.
- Further develop and implement both existing and new Inspection Standards.
- Guide others as a 'subject matter expert' regarding QMS processes, generally accepted good industry practice and Quality tools (5-Whys, Fault Tree, Fishbone, etc).
- Create quality system tools and references to support a 'right first-time' quality culture.
- Reports key performance measures, performance levels and trends for all aspects of the quality management system.
- Provide relevant and actionable information and data to various levels of management review meetings and strategy discussions.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Quality related work experience in a manufacturing company, or electronics field is beneficial.
- Conducting Internal Audits.
- Strong analytical skills to identify the source of problems.
- ISO 9001
- Liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
