Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk Responsibilities:
  • Processing purchase ledger invoices
  • Reconciling monthly supplier statements
  • Preparing supplier BACS runs
  • Accurately coding invoices onto the nominal ledger
  • Ensuring all purchase ledger transactions are processed accurately
  • Resolving all purchase ledger queries with both suppliers and internal stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience within a Purchase Ledger environment
  • An understanding of accounting principles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT Literate including excel
