School Caretaker LN1

Are you an experienced Maintenance Professional in Lincoln area looking to transition into the Education sector?I am currently looking to recruit a Maintenance professional in a small village school in LN1 to work on an ongoing temporary basis, supporting the School site team in carrying out day to day general maintenance. It will be a part time position, 3 days a week, 4 hours each day. Total of 12 hours a week. The school is flexible on the days you can work. The school is easy accessible by public transport. Bus#100 , every half an hour. You must be available to begin as soon as possible.As a part time temporary school caretaker, the school will expect you to:« Carry out general maintenance of the school as well as litter picking« Carry out odd jobs delegated to you by the supervisor« Open and close the school building« Work independently and as a team to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently« Set alarmsYou will be required to fully register with us including providing right to work documents along with obtaining an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS that will be processed by us but comes at a cost of £44.20 (unless you already have one registered on the update service).
