Job Type: Part-Time (30 hours weekly)
Salary: £11.44 – weekly payment
The Office Cleaner will be responsible for ensuring that the offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, and common areas are clean and presentable at all times. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Dust and wipe down office furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Empty trash and recycling bins
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar cleaning role preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Good communication skills
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, from 10.30 am to 16.30 pm – 6 hours daily (30 hours weekly)
- Saturday - Sunday off
Mandatory Compliance Requirements:
- Basic DBS: Certificate evidence
- Proof of Address: Bank statement, utility bill, or council tax (dated within 3 months)
- Proof of National Insurance: NI card, payslip, or letter about tax/pension/benefits
- Credit Report: From Experian, Equifax, etc. (Cannot accept more than £1000 in CCJs, except Santander)
- Right to Work: Passport or birth certificate, settlement or pre-settlement status
- CV: Up-to-date
