HomeLet are looking for a new Head Of Business Change.The purpose of our new Head Of Business Change will lead the Barbon programme office, managing the business change portfolio to achieve the strategic goals set out in the five year plan.To drive change by providing the business with an understanding the impacts of all change, driven externally or internally, on the business architecture, assigning delivery of change to operational teams and prioritising across the entire portfolio of change within the business.Key Responsibilities:•    Lead the project managers and business analyst to implement business change in the Barbon business.•    Provide executive reporting on the delivery of the programme portfolio.•    Ensure the Barbon change team adhere to Group governance around business change.•    To organise, manage and control business and IT project teams to deliver large tech transformation projects and programmes.•    Work closely with our finance function on finance initiatives, including platform migration•    Help support and implement technical solutions to business problems.•    To support significant business transformation / change programmes through project management oversight providing guidance and support to project teams.•    Set, deploy and demonstrate effective governance controls in line with PIB Group Change policy.•    Develop and maintain a clear stakeholder map highlighting different stakeholder needs and interaction preferences.•    Manage supplier teams or relationships, where applicable, throughout the Lifecyle of the project or programme.•    Understand and challenge where necessary the business processes and requirements of users/stakeholders during initiation of the project.•    Work closely with workstreams/project team to agree robust, realistic, and agreed project plans.•    Managing capacity and scheduling resources of technical engineers, delivery partners and suppliers•    Ensure Consumer Duty is considered at the genesis of all projects, including consideration and the documentation of customer journeys.•    Develop and maintain project documentation.•    Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.•    Coach team members on Agile principles and best practices.•    Continuously improve project processes and methodologies.•    Take ownership and responsibility to ensure all project constraints, actions, risks, dependencies, and issues are identified and then managed.•    Demonstrably be highly collaborative, motivated and delivery focused.Experience and Knowledge:•    At least three years’ experience leading a business change function.•    Excellent ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders confidently and effectively to build trusted relationships throughout the lifecycle.•    Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.•    Facilitate project team meetings.•    Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.•    A self-sufficient individual, able to work autonomously with little to no supervision.•    Qualifications in APMQ, Prince2 or equivalent would be desirable.•    Proficient at using MS Project and MS PowerPoint.•    A strong working knowledge and experience of operating Waterfall and/or Agile projects.Further information:As well as a competitive
