Your new companyA successful and well established contractor are looking to appoint a Multiskilled / Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. This company mainly works on new build and refurbishment construction projects up to £5m, as well as planned and reactive minor works and maintenance jobs.Our clients' sites are in and around the Lincolnshire area.Salary up to £35,000 + car.Your new roleYou will be responsible for the day to day running of the site from managing subcontractors to site meetings. You will oversee the direct supervision of minor construction projects, including small extensions, internal and external refurbishments and civil works. Due to the nature of the work, you will also be expected to be on the tools.What you'll need to succeed

  • Proficiency in multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance.
  • Supervisory experience is desirable
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Essential ability to manage a site team and on-site labour.
  • Capable of managing workload, organising, and coordinating works according to a program and construction drawings.
  • A current SSSTS or SMSTS qualification and up-to-date safety training are advantageous.
  • A full driving licence is essential as the role involves travel to various site locations in the region.
