You will be assisting the Payroll, Accounts & Recruitment departments. Full training will be offered on our software, however you will need to demonstrate extensive administrative experience because accuracy and an eye for detail is at the top of our wish list.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Timesheet data entry
- Assisting with purchase and sales ledgers
- Collection of candidate data and inputting of their personal information onto our systems
- Creating worker and client contract information
- Assisting with holiday payments
