40 hour week Monday to Friday

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team, working on a prestigious contract across multiple sites. This is a mobile role with a focus on installations, as well as service, maintenance, and repairs of commercial gas systems. The position offers long-term stability, career progression opportunities, and the chance to work on a highly secure and well-maintained contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation of commercial gas systems, including boilers, pipework, and heating appliances.
- Service, maintenance, and fault-finding of commercial heating systems and associated plant.
- Reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a variety of commercial sites.
- Ensuring compliance with gas safety regulations and company health & safety policies.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults efficiently, minimising downtime.
- Completing job sheets, reports, and maintaining accurate records.
- Liaising with site staff and clients in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- Commercial Gas Qualifications (CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1, TPCP1A)(essential).
- Domestic gas qualifications (desirable but not essential).
- Proven experience in commercial gas installation, servicing, and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of heating systems, controls, and commercial plant rooms.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Ability to pass enhanced security vetting due to the nature of the contract.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
