If you love the challenge of business development and have a deep understanding of SME finance, we want to hear from you!What You’ll Be Doing:Building New Relationships – Identifying and engaging potential broker partners in your territory, ensuring a strong and diverse introducer network.Managing Key Partnerships – Strengthening relationships with existing brokers, keeping them informed of our lending products, and ensuring they understand how we can support their clients.Driving Business Growth – Ensuring a healthy pipeline of quality lending referrals by working closely with brokers and understanding their needs.Ensuring Compliance & Efficiency – Keeping accurate records, supporting lending applications, and assisting colleagues to ensure smooth operations.Creating Incentive Programs – Developing engaging reward schemes to drive broker engagement and boost lending volumes when needed.Industry Engagement – Representing the business at key events and staying ahead of market trends to ensure our lending solutions remain competitive and relevant.What We’re Looking For:? A people person – You excel at building relationships and negotiating deals.? A commercial finance pro – Experience in SME lending, invoice finance, trade finance, or similar.?
