Role: Chief Technical Officer (CTO)
Location: Lincolnshire
Working Arrangements: Twice per week in the office

Working with a lovely, charitable company based in Lincolnshire, I am looking for a talented and experienced CTO to join them.
In this role, youll be driving their technical strategy: showing them how they can grow from a technical perspective, implementing development practices and standards, mentoring a small team, and representing tech to the wider organisation.

Its important that you are an ambitious person who relishes a challenge, that you want to push yourself and others around you on to great things, and are the kind of person who can lead with an air of gravitas that garners respect from people around you and work collaboratively and diplomatically with others- no big egos will do well here!
Tech-wise, they are using PHP, JavaScript, React, etc. its not necessary for you to have experience with this tech stack, specifically, rather you should have a well-rounded knowledge and appreciation of technology from a hands-on career in tech, and able to pick up a good understanding of new tech in order to talk shop with the devs. They need to get their product offering up to date before they can push on to improve it further, so a good technical grounding is imperative to be successful here.
