Due to continued business growth our client is looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Executive to join their busy team. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate leads.

This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including TikTok, Instagram, and video marketing

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms, with a focus on TikTok and Instagram
  • Produce high-quality video content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics to optimise campaigns and report on their effectiveness
  • Produce visually appealing and compelling marketing materials
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media and other digital platforms
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, particularly video marketing
  • Identify and engage with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance our social media presence
  • Plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and other marketing initiatives
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a marketing role with a strong focus on social media and video marketing
  • Proficiency in video editing software and tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B marketing
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms
  • Graphic design skills are a plus
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not essential
