We are excited to be exclusively partnering with an esteemed Public Sector organisation, as they look to recruit for a new Marketing Manager to join their growing Marketing & Communications team.

Marketing Manager

Duration: Permanent

Location: Lincolnshire (on-site)

Salary: Circa £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Craft high-quality, engaging copy for digital and print mediums
  • Design culturally sensitive marketing materials (e.g., prospectuses, guides, banners) in line with brand guidelines
  • Organise and manage promotional photoshoots and videos, including storyboards and shoot plans
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate a multichannel communications plan for enquirers and applicants, ensuring GDPR compliance and adherence to best practices
  • Create and manage an annual recruitment communications calendar for stakeholders
  • Oversee the planning and delivery of virtual recruitment events throughout the year
  • Collaborate with colleagues to source key promotional messages and materials
  • Create and circulate a departmental email newsletter to share market trends and showcase team achievements
  • Plan, execute, and assess brand-building and recruitment campaigns in target markets, ensuring cost-effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Can commute on-site 5 days per week
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong cultural awareness
  • Excellent copywriting and proof-reading skills
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent, preferably in a marketing or communications related discipline
