We are excited to be exclusively partnering with an esteemed Public Sector organisation, as they look to recruit for a new Marketing Manager to join their growing Marketing & Communications team.

Marketing Manager
Duration: Permanent
Location: Lincolnshire
Working model: Flexible
Salary: Circa £40,000 per annum
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Leading the marketing and communications team, managing a team of 3
- Monitoring a communications email inbox
- Managing projectsÂ
- Liaising with external organisations as needed
- Overseeing multipurpose marketing campaigns, taking photo and video content
- Coordinating photoshoots
- Overseeing the marketing department as a whole
- Holding weekly catchups with department members, monitoring KPIs
- Overseeing the meta business suite; managing verified business accounts
- Using different marketing stylesÂ
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong cultural awareness
- Excellent copywriting and proof-reading skills
- Educated to degree level or equivalent, preferably in a marketing or communications related discipline
