We're searching for a passionate and ambitious Sales Account Manager to join our client's vibrant and supportive team.

In this key role, you'll lead the charge in managing the Membership team's operations, delivering exceptional support to their valued members, actively recruiting new members to expand the community, and handling public inquiries with confidence and professionalism.

Description of the role:

  • Manage and respond to incoming calls and emails, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Distribute membership materials and information to both existing and prospective members.
  • Monitor and address enquiries from the public in a professional and timely manner.
  • Represent the company at events, meeting and greeting attendees.
  • Provide administrative support to the organisation's network, including creating certificates and distributing resources.
  • Process payments and other related transactions.
  • Maintain and manage the membership database to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

About you:

  • Previous experience in sales or account management.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in office equipment and software (training on bespoke systems will be provided).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
