Industry- Specification sales through consultants into residential projects both new build and retro fit with national house builders, regional house builders, developers and social housing via local authorities and housing associations.

Benefits- 55k - 60k base salary / 90k uncapped OTE, company car, private health, dental and high pension contribution.

Candidate- Consultative sales person ideally from within the renewables industry or someone coming from the heating and plumbing industry that has sold via specification and has a knowledge / understanding of renewables.

The Position

This is a brand-new Sales Manager position that has been created due to unprecedented growth working for a global provider of renewable technologies. You will run the specification sales process into new build housing and social housing from cradle to grave. Specifying through consultants, national housebuilders on a regional level, regional house builders, developers, self-build construction providers and social housing through local authorities and housing associations. You will offer an industry leading product portfolio of the latest in energy efficient and low carbon renewable technologies such as air source heat pumps / ASHP's, SMART Home Controls, Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage, EV Charging Points and Underfloor Heating

Experience Required

This is a highly specialist role in a team of experienced and driven Sales Managers covering the UK so you must have a successful sales record ideally selling a specified product through consultants into new build housing or social housing, through a specification process with regional offices of national housebuilders, regional house builders,developers, self-build construction providers, local authorities and housing associations. It will be of great interest but not essential if you have experience within the renewables, sustainability, net zero, green energy, low carbon, energy efficiencyor circular economy.
