Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Business Development: Identify, target, and secure high-value opportunities to grow our clients market share.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Revenue Growth: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team revenue targets through effective sales strategies.
- Leadership & Mentoring: Act as a senior figure in the team, sharing best practices and mentoring junior business development staff.
