Machine Minder (Food Factory)

Job Summary
We are seeking a Machine Minder to join our food factory team. The Machine Minder will be responsible for overseeing the operation of machinery in the food production process. As aMachine Minderyou take control of an automated line which moves the cooked product from the cooking vessel to different types of packaging, for example pots or pouches.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and control machinery during food production processes
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on machines
- Ensure machines are set up correctly for each production run
- Conduct quality checks on products to maintain high standards
- Adhere to food safety regulations and HACCP guidelines
- Keep accurate production records

Requirements
- Experience in food production is essential
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Proficiency in basic maths and English for measurements and calculations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay is £13.25 per hour

Working on a rotating shift pattern 6:00am to 14:00pm and 14:00pm to 22:00pm
