Our client based in County Durham are looking for experienced Domestic Energy Assessors to carry out EPC's on domestic properties throughout the South East of England.

Job description:

  • To assess the energy efficiency of residential properties.
  • Survey the number and sizes of rooms, floors, corridors, windows, doors and fireplaces within customers homes.
  • Prepare reports and make recommendations for cost effective ways to improve energy performance.
  • To produce a final Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) using computer software.
  • Explain the information collected and EPC to home-owners.

Person specification:

  • Level 3 Certificate in Domestic Energy Assessment.
  • Must have a full UK driving license.
  • Experience of carrying out EPC's is essential for this role.
  • Must be qualified and able to undertake EPC's with one of the approved member bodies (Stroma, Elmhurst, ECMK etc).
  • Good attention to detail.
