About Us:We are supporting a housing association, who are committed to providing quality housing and excellent service to their residents, to hire a skilled and motivated Stock Condition Surveyor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive surveys of our housing stock to assess condition and identify necessary repairs and improvements.
  • Prepare detailed reports and recommendations based on survey findings.
  • Work closely with the maintenance and asset management teams to prioritise and plan works.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and housing standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and update our asset management database.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a housing association or local authority.
  • Strong knowledge of building construction, maintenance, and repair.
  • Excellent analytical and report-writing skills.
  • The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in surveying or a related field.
