Multi Trade Operative

Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting for a Multi Trade Operative for a full time role.

Our client is a well-established, Leading Construction Contractor and due to continued growth, is expanding it's reactive maintenance and repairs team. The business has continued to grow over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future.

The successful applicants will be either NVQ or City and Guilds trained, reliable, diplomatic and pro-active with good all-round knowledge and experience.

The Role:

• 1st & 2nd Fix Carpentry such as kitchen installations, hanging doors, fencing etc.
• 2nd Fix Plumbing tap, basin and toilet changes
• Patch Tiling
• Patch Plastering
• UPVC repairs and maintenance
• Double glazed unit replacement

Essential:

• Full Driving Licence

Desirable:

• NVQ/City Guilds

Salary:

• £32,000 - £34,000 per annum - OTE £40,000 +
• Monday Friday
• 40 Hours Per Week
• Callout & Overtime 1/4 Weeks
