As Customer Service & Office Administrator, you will be the voice of the organisation. You will handle customer inquiries, provide administrative support, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer experiences every day. This role is key to maintaining high standards of customer care.
The Role
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and social media with a friendly and professional attitude
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly and effectively
- Provide administrative support to the wider team, maintaining organised records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth customer journeys from order to delivery
- Help maintain reputation for excellence and uphold customer care values

- Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles
- Exceptional telephone manner
