Showroom Sales Consultant - Wood Flooring

Broadleaf are leading British manufacturers and retailers of beautiful real wood floors. We are a successful, family owned business who over the last 20 years have built a reputation for high quality products, market leading collections and excellent customer service.

We are currently looking for a Sales Consultant for our Lincoln Showroom.

The Role

Sales Consultants are at the heart of what we do, key custodians of our brand and reputation, who know our products and can successfully guide customers to the ones that best meet their needs.

They look after both trade and retail customers from first contact to final delivery. As well as dealing with enquiries in the showroom, on the phone and via email, this includes providing product information and advice, answering queries, preparing quotes & invoices, arranging delivery and aftersales customer care. Consultants also support showroom managers with showroom presentation, local marketing initiatives and sales development.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role you will need to

• Enjoy selling
• Be committed to delivering excellent customer service.
• Be confident, well presented, articulate, organised & numerate
• Be reliable and self motivated
• Have good keyboard skills and know your way around email and basic Word / Excel

Previous sales or customer service experience, particularly in a showroom environment would be an advantage, as would experience in bathroom, tile or other interiors related sales and an interest in interior design or renovation.

Working Hours

We are ideally looking for someone who can work 37.5 hours per week, across 5 days, Tuesday - Saturday, between 9.30 - 5.30,but we have some flexibilty for the right candidate.
