Red Rock Partnership are delighted to be working with our prestigious client in Lincoln who are looking for  Blending/ Mixing Room Operative to join their busy team.
About The Role:
As a Mixing Room Operative, you will be a key part of the production team, mixing 4 to 4 different components to various specifications. Experience of weighing and mixing within the food industry would be a distinct advantage. Attention to detail is a must.
Hours of work: Â Monday to Friday (Apply online only) or 0900 am to 1700.
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 DOE per year plus overtime

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Accurately measure, mix, and prepare chemical products following detailed formulations.
- Operate and maintain mixing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct routine quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency in all mixtures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the mixing area to ensure a safe working environment.
About you:
- Experience within the Food production industry / manufacturing, or mixing role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions.
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Physically strong – the role involves lifting and manual handling up to 20kg
