Role: Site Manager
Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire
Salary: £55,000 (DoE)

The Role:
Are you an experience Site Manager with a passion and track record of delivering major new builds and refurb projects across a host of sectors? Then we are on the lookout for you! With this role you will undertake work on projects upwards of £20m.
The Client:
Our client is a large family run construction company, growing from strength to strength the company now holds multiple sites across the UK. Offering strong salaries and benefits packages, as well as excellent progression plans. This is not one to be missed!
Requirements:
- Experience within delivering major new build and refurb works for main contractors.
- SMSTS, First Aid qualifications.
- Happy to work autonomously.
- Strong client management.
- Happy to work on-site with some travel.
Desirables:
- CSCS Card.
- Scaffold Inspection qualifications.
- Degree in relevant construction field.
