Your new companyAward winning property developer with residential schemes throughout the UK.Your new roleExperienced Site Manager required to oversee the construction of a housing scheme comprising 70+ units. As Site Manager you will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring the project progresses according to the schedule and within budget.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors, site staff, and suppliers.
  • Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards and in compliance with building regulations and health and safety guidelines.
  • Address any issues or delays that arise on-site, implementing effective solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with the Project Manager, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Keep accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety inspections.
  • Ensure all site activities comply with health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety audits and risk assessments.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience working on residential schemes
