Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting for an Estimator with new build and refurbishment construction experience.
Our client is a Construction Contractor, specialising in the commercial and industrial sectors and this a great opportunity to grow with an expanding and ambitious business.
Main Duties:
- Assist in administration and management of costs and contracts relating to projects.
- All aspects of work from the initial tender to final account and close out.
- Measure, record & value work unsupervised in accordance with appropriate rules and procedures.
- Review weekly, monthly, section programmes of works.
- Plan commercial activities to meet requirements of section programmes.
- Understand delay and disruption programmes.
- Collect information required to specify procurement requirements.
- Record and document information including registration of interest.
Essential Criteria:
- Relevant Degree
- Experience within Construction
- Experience delivering projects up to 10 million +
- Great communication and management skills
Package:
- Basic Salary 55,000 - 60,000 DOE
