Are you an experienced handling a high volume of calls in a role? Do you want to join a large company where you can train and progress?

This is a fantastic opportunity to get on board with an exciting company who are well backed and have an extensive number of ongoing projects. Due to the constant growth of the company, there is an opportunity to work on a range of projects across the company.

Your role within the company will involve coordinating and distributing daily work for various tradespeople, ensuring accurate data flow and record-keeping, and maintaining communication with stakeholders including clients and tenants.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a aspiration to progress and develop. They will have a strong understanding of how to provide an excellent customer service. Previous experience handling a high volume of calls is desirable however not essential.
