A well-established law firm based with offices in England and Scotland are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Technical Adviser to join their busy team and work either fully remote or in their Lincoln office.The roleYou will support the Conveyancers and Fee Earners on your team to progress transactions through to the exchange stage as efficiently and quickly as possibleThis will include checking titles for properties and ensuring they are marketableDealing with all the legal aspects of the transactionYour caseload will include a range of transactions including freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, new build and unregistered titlesSupporting clients and keeping them updated through regular communication and correspondence, building solid relationships along the wayCoaching junior members of your team and understand the responsibilities of your colleagues, ensuring that work is distributed fairly and evenlyThe ideal candidateYou will be an experienced Conveyancer with excellent knowledge on the process of each transaction and upwards of 5 years' experience managing your own caseload, including Title ChecksYou must be up to date on current case law as well as financial matters included in the world of conveyancingThe ability to work under pressure, maintain excellent client care and coach junior members of your team is essentialThe firm are open in terms of qualification so whether you are a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or an un-qualified Fee Earner, I would still urge you to apply.
