Credit Controller

Location: Hybrid / Remote

Salary: £25,000- £28,000 per annum + Bonus

Fixed Term Contract 12-15 months

Benjamin Edwards are recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Credit Controller for an organisation that is a leader in their industry and are currently in an exciting period of growth. This role offers great flexibility and can be either office based, remote or hybrid. You will however need to be available to attend initial training and meetings at the head office in Lincoln.

The role of Credit Controller

  • Contact clients to arrange payment within company timescales.
  • Update all systems/spreadsheets with accurate information
  • Liaise with non-finance colleagues
  • Deal with inbound queries
  • Ensure finance from all external sources is collected within department timescales and recorded accurately
  • Ensure outstanding invoices are paid and/or data submissions are completed
  • Production of reports, work instructions, and process maps as required
